The aim of this qualification is to train learners, who already have knowledge and skills in gym or exercise to music instruction, to a professionally competent level to plan and deliver safe and effective circuit training sessions. The course includes:
- Identify and demonstrate a range of exercises and methods of circuit training
- Theory and practical skills
- Designing circuits and varying the programme
- Teach various styles of circuit training classes
- Structure classes to include warm-ups, timings and relevant exercises
